Foghat’s second album is their first masterpiece. The opener, “Ride, Ride, Ride”, and “What A Shame”, both contain social commentary in their lyrics, and the rest of the album catches a band that’s still young and hungry. A rockin’ good time in an era of James Taylor and John Denver.
