This band is pretty good. They remind me of bands like pantera, lamb of god, devildriver, and maybe some “death” metal thrown in. However, unlike most of those bands they are supposedly Christian. In some songs you can def. tell. The title track “until the ancient of days” quotes the Bible I recall at least once about trying to reach a universal transformation and the renewing of our minds. Other songs like “solemn oath” harken back to pantera with the chorus (Imo) while the rest of the album pretty much never let’s up. It slows down a little here and there but if you’re looking for clean vocals (ala kill switch engage) you won’t find any here. This is heavy stuff.
