This album was a pleasant surprise. I say this because their infamous first is completely brutal in all the right ways, and wasn’t sure what to expect. This one is much “softer”, but once again, in all the right ways. It has melody, great hooks, glorious choruses, and is a great modern pop piece. It maintains that certain rawness in its production, and it certainly works. It’s extremely re-listenable, and is a ton of fun. Definitely get this album, as well as their first, listen to them both as much as you can, and go see these guys live (one of the best live acts you’ll ever see).
