  • Even though I’ve had two cassette bootlegs of the band way back when,I was still more than happy to land down a copy of this live release.I don’t care what others have to say about ‘Live At Hammersmith’,I think it’s great.BUT,let me make it very clear that this 2-CD is for dedicated Sister fans only. You need not be a diehard, but AT LEAST realize this IS a home-like recording that most major record companies wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole.Good work,CMC!As the label has put out PLENTY of desirable CD titles.Runs about 87 minutes, total as Dee Snider and crew rip through fourteen TS classics, like “Stay Hungry”,”Destoyer”,”You Can’t Stop Rock&Roll”,”Shoot ‘Em Down”(my personal TS fave),the thirteen-minute “I Wanna Rock” among others.Tagged on are two ultra-rarities.A couple of covers the band had played at a 1979 Detroit club gig,”Jail House Rock” and the Yardbird’s “Train Kept A Rollin’”.A nice find.Cool cover.
