  • For those of you who only know of Tony Harnell through his past recordings as vocalist for the band TNT, you are missing a whole lot of great music. Mr. Harnell has recorded many other projects including Morning Wood, WestWorld, Star Breaker Band (their new CD was just released yesterday) and a variety of guest vocal spots on numerous recordings.

Live in the Flesh is a live compilation featuring songs from the self-titled WestWorld release and their second release “Skin”. Also on this live concert is Harnell’s rendition of Alanis Morisette’s “Uninvited” and TNT’s “10,000 Lovers in One”.

You’ve never heard a singer sing this well live. Harnell is simply a vocal machine who is pitch perfect throughout his amazing range. What sets him apart from other singers is the diversity he presents vocally throught his range and coloring and his ability to sing his amazing vocal parts live with the same beautiful tone and emotion, as well as mastering his gut wrenching screams and wails.

Live in the Flesh is one of the the best live albums I’ve ever heard. If you are a fan of Tony Harnell and TNT, you will love his solo material. Trust me and buy this CD! I am a TNT fan through and through, but I think I like his solo material better.
