  • Sadly, these bad boys of Axe never recieved the attention like they truly deserved cause they can do anything from power pop to grinding metal, and 1983 was the turning point of heavy metal due to the success of Motley Crue and Quiet Riot and Axe could’ve been in the same league with them, anything from Journey to Motorhead, the classic cuts are Heat in the Street, All Through the Night, She’s Got the Power, Girls Girls Girls (my favorite), Eagle Flies Alone, Keep Playing That Rock ‘n’ Roll (originally done by Edgar Winter) and Let the Music Come Back. This album is highly recommended to those 80’s rock fans but beware, this album is extremely hard to find and the first time I got this album (on Cassette) was at a local pawn shop and a year later it got eaten, then the following year I got it on vinyl and still have it to this damn day.
