Finally after an eternity’s wait, this classic debut by doom favorites Trouble has finally been reissued and remastered. The sound is great and the liners and packaging are very well done (outside of the misspelling of “Assassin”). I have never heard of Escapi Music but they have done quite well on this. Rumor has it that they will be reissuing 1995’s Plastic Green Head early in 2007. Anyway, the music on this is top-notch and I am surprised to find that I enjoy the musicality and the vocals much better than Candlemass’ Epicus Doomicus Metalicus. I can’t find a bad one on this album and even the cover of Cream’s “Tales Of Brave Ulysses” fits the mood and music like a glove. As for the included DVD, I haven’t checked it out yet but I am sure that it will be, at the very least, interesting.
