  • This album is totally impressive. I love the film and the music in it absolutely captivated me, so I got it.

    1. ‘Not Meant For Me’ – this is one of the songs that Lestat performs at his concert, the second one. It is really powerful and the vocals are impressive. 4/5
    2. ‘Forsaken’ – this is really really good. I love the music in it, and the lyrics are very well written. 5/5
    3. ‘System’ – it’s nice to hear Chester Bennington away from Linkin Park and the rapping. He carries this off really well and is played during the club scene where Akasha attacks. 5/5
    4. ‘Change (in the house of flies)’ – one of the best songs on the album. It gives me goosebumps, and the vocalist has a beautiful sound. Interesting lyrics though.. 5/5
    5. ‘Redeemer’ – Manson is the man! He brings a so-so song to life with brilliant vocals and a modern sound. 4/5
    6. ‘Dead Cell’ – this is during the scene where Jesse is trying to get a chance to see Lestat. It’s pretty good for Papa Roach, but not the best song on the soundtrack. 4/5
    7. ‘Penetrate’ – I don’t really like the verses of this song, but the chorus is really catchy. 3/5
    8. ‘Slept So Long’ – this is the first song that Lestat sings in the concert scene. It’s definitely the better of the two. 5/5
    9. ‘Down With The Sickness’ – Disturbed at their finest, this song is a masterpiece, and when it plays at my favourite club The Cathouse, everyone goes mental. 5/5
    10. ‘Cold’ – I’d never heard Static-X before, but this song is one of my favourites. 5/5
    11. ‘Body Crumbles’ – this song is really cool. 5/5
    12. ‘Excess’ – most people don’t like this, but I think it’s really good, with an interesting sound. Is Alanis Morrisette doing backing vocals, or am I just hearing things? 5/5
    13. ‘Before I’m Dead’ – this song introduced me to a brilliant band. This is an AMAZING song, one of the main reasons I got the album in the first place! It sends shivers down my spine it’s so good. 5/5
