This latest release is along the lines of their previous release,which means it’s excellent.If you like your music with heavy bass sounds,and with depth, this is for you.I think that Amorphis have the vocals with just the right balance re growls and intelligibility.It sure beats the dumbed/watered down fare emanating from the likes of Sirenia and others these days.With this album and their previous one[Eclipse]the cd finishes and you’re wishing for another couple of tunes to play.That always is the litmus test for a good album.As another reviewer said,this is a very underrated band.Who else makes this type of music this good?
