I’m a female that does not proclaim to be a Ted Nugent fan. I’m not a gutair player so I can’t say this music has difficult or inovative licks. I not that familiar with Ted’s older stuff so I can’t make that comparison either. I’m not a hunter. However, I sincerely and completely love Spirit of the Wild. I listen to it daily (at work, in the car, heck, I even jog to it) and have yet to get tired of it. My personal favorites are Tooth, Fang & Claw, Fred Bear, Heart & Soul, and Spirit of the Wild although I like them all. I got the extreme pleasure of seeing Ted at a small county fair. Amazing performance! He “warmed up” for Bad Co. Let’s just say, when Ted was done and Bad Co. started, it was so anti-climatic, I had to leave. Not sure exactly why I relate to this particular CD so much but I do know it makes me feel good.
