  Any truth to ”stomach is as big as your closed fist” or ”forearm length is the size of your foot” an (2 posts)

  A friend told me during dinner last night after I mentioned I was full, “well your stomach is only as big as your closed fist.” If so that would mean I eat way to much at times haha. Any truth to this sort of thing?

  I have heard that said about babies, but never adults. Of course, the more we eat the more it stretches…
