Let’s face it, Overkill is the best speed metal band left from the 80’s. Metallica sold out, Megadeth is on their way. Overkill, however, continues to be be a premier metal presence. This album captures the sheer energy that is present at an Overkill show. Having seen the band 6 times, and on the tour this album was recorded on, I have to say this album is OVERKILL. This album has all the best of Overkill, from their very first album up to WFO. Anyone who has every seen Overkill live knows that this is band that is at its best live. Wrecking Your Neck captures that and makes you wish you were back at the show in the pit.
