"Do you want some more?" - Former Uriah Heep songwriter / singer, keyboardist and guitarist Ken Hensley and his primarily Norwegian band Live Fire performing the Uriah Heep song "Gypsy'" live at Rathausplatz, Bad Homburg (near Frankfurt), Germany on August 9, 2013. "Gypsy'" was written by Mick Box and David Byron and originally appeared on the Uriah Heep 1970 Mercury Records / Bronze Records debut studio album "Very 'Eavy... Very 'Umble". The song was also released as Uriah Heep's first single and became a West German #30 hit. The song was covered a.o. by godheadSilo. Live Fire 2013 are: Ken Hensley - lead vocals, keyboards, Hammond B3 organ, acoustic guitar Roberto Tiranti - lead vocals, bass (from bella Italia - of Labyrinth, APD, Mangala Vallis fame) Ken Ingwersen - guitar, slide guitar, backing vocals Tor Arne Fossheim aka "The Rock" aka "Idrum" - drums drums drums Check out Live Fire's new studio album "Trouble" released in October 2013 on Cherry Red Records. Ken Hensley was born as Kenneth William David Hensley on August 24, 1945 in Plumstead, South East London, England. He has played in bands on stage and in the studio since 1960 including the Gods (feat. Mick Taylor of the Rolling Stones), Head Machine, Toe Fat, Weed, Shotgun, Blackfoot, W.A.S.P., Cinderella, Bruce Cameron, Ken Hensley / John Lawton Band, Free Spirit, John Wetton (of Asia fame) a.o. From 1970 until 1980 he has been a member of the legendary English Rock band Uriah Heep.
