Manowar Biography

Naming themselves The Kings of Metal, Manowar certainly got some reputation to live up to. And it's no doubt they have succeeded in their task and mission. Gaining millions of fans all over the world for their simple, but straight in the face kind of metal, the kings are still going strong. They claim to love their fans over all, which has resulted in numerous of live albums and dvds, as well as 5-year long tours.Constantly loving to show off, the band has been accused of being stuck-up and merely interested in showing their abilites instead of making music. And each time these voices have been too high, they've struck back with a monster album to silence them all.In 2002 they returned to the world of metal with the album Warriors of The World, and just some months after, a new single, The Dawn of Battle was released.This proves the band still going strong, and they probably will 'till their deaths.
