I Want To Start A Metal Band In High School?
I know some guitarist that might be interested in metal and play some of the songs I’ve made up. But how can I find a drummer, bassist, and vocalist for a summer band??

have tryouts within your school. I found my bandmates through Ultimate Guitar, on the forums looking for bandmates. It might be worth checking out.
join the highschool band, theres bound to be a percussionist there that plays drums as a hobby too, and they might know other people

put an announcement in the newspaper
i could be ur vocalist
this is how i did it,
make flyers and put them in your school
post a bulletin on myspace or facebook
if all else fails, just ask every one you know, im sure there are other musicians out there
Craigslist…under gigs.
go to guitar center or where ever you got you guitar and post fliers there.
you could ask around and/or hold auditions.
