The title pretty much says it. This was intended to be a companion piece to The War Within, and it is the perfect partner album for TWW. The unreleased songs are very solid, and the covers are good metal fun. If you're a Shadows Fall fan, you must buy this album!

if you haven't heard them yet, you can listen to "All Hope is Gone" on slipknot's myspace, and "Psychosocial" on youtube
for me, "All Hope is Gone" is more hardcore
