WHEN the team behind the Bloodhound SSC test-fired the rocket engine of the car they hope will become the first to break the 1,000mph barrier, they claimed it made the loudest man-made noise ever heard in the UK.That must have really annoyed Motorhead and laid down the gauntlet to the rockers often described as the world's loudest band.
