I need to know some good heavy metal bands
i love heavy metal and was just trying to find some good new bands

Interested in knowing whether there are any medically positive effects of headbanging to the music genre known as thrash metal.
I’m sure there are plenty of negative ones, but I am not currently interested in that. Please do not respond with any negative issues that may arise as a result of headbanging to thrash metal. That is not the information I seek.

I am going to be chaining some of the stuff around on my Ipod to where it only has Punk and metal music on it (the main stuff I am into) Which bands in those genres do you think I should put on there?

I want to listen to some heavy metal bands, nothing too out-there, and no screaming, but bands that can actually sing and play instruments. Bands I like are Slipknot, Metallica and Korn.
