Well, if you like Rammstein (excellent choice by the way, theyre my favourite band of all time), then I can guarantee the band OOMPH!, this band, like Rammstein, is german, but Till Lindemann (I trust you know who this is), once said in an interview that the original concept of their band was to produce music alike to the band OOMPH!. Therefore, I can guarantee that OOMPH! will fulfill your request.
GODFLESH – Definately in my book the best
MINISTRY – essential
FEAR FACTORY – got to have them.
PITCH SHIFTER – but i like the first three albums, not the later stuff.
SWANS – Not metal, but some of their stuff is VERY intense, what influenced the Godflesh, try their album COP/YOUNG GOD.NEUROSIS – Not REALLY industrial, but there are keyboards ad FX used a fair bit in their later albums.
MONOTREMATA – new band, very awesome.
THE AMENTA – Much like early Fear Factory
KMDFM – However you spell it, more of a industrial rock with metal licks here and there.
THE BERZERKER – If you like things on the heavy and very fast side.
STATIC-X – Depends on how much you can stand NU-Metal.
PRONG – Worth a listen.
LOL, some stuff on this site isn’t Industrial Metal! Linkin Park is NOT industrial, but NU-METAL. IN flames is NOT Industrial, Dragon Force is POWER-metal, Lynard skynard!?!?!. No!

Bratata is also a very good band, but the one a like the most is Wikirock-rock a swedish band.
1- Die Kur (they are not really mainstream but I love them totally)
2- Maxdmyz (another very interesting underground Uk band)

Listen to NIN they are a very polished and professional and, And there lyrics have alot of meaning, all their albums are good. They are better than all of these other unpopular bands. If you want something good, and something to give you memories or have a fun time with go listen to NIN. Marilyn Manson is good to but Trent Reznor is the one who helped Brian become famous in the first place. So most of his sucess goes to Trent.
